The past year brought us ups and downs, but what’s been constant is the feedback we’ve gotten from our clients and our community.
Having 20 years of experience in the cleaning business has taught us a lot. And the one thing we appreciate the most is constructive feedback from our customers and our staff.
And so far, the reviews have been super positive for our clients this year! Our growth in the Milton community has been slow but steady.
Our team has also grown during 2024, and thanks to our house cleaning staff and our customer service team we are able to help our customers.

A Clean Start for the New Year
New Year’s Eve is a time for new resolutions and that includes cleaning our homes. 2025 is a blank slate right now, and any goal you’ve reached, no matter how small it is, should be celebrated.
A house cleaning business, here’s what’s on our horizon for next year:
- Enhance the Experience for Our Customers: we want to improve our communication channels with our customers. We are collecting feedback to ensure our current communication system is informative enough without being intrusive.
- Sustainability Goals: we know how important green, sustainable cleaning products are! Our goal for next year is to find the best eco-friendly products and incorporate them into our cleaning process.
- Training Excellence: our team members will continue to undergo advanced training to ensure we’re up-to-date with the best cleaning practices and industry standards.
Our Tips to Get Your Home Ready for New Year’s Eve
Now that we’ve just gotten out of Christmas and getting ready for New Year’s Eve, we know that your house is probably a bit messy this week.
Clear off your counters and put away anything you won’t need for the week. This is the first step because a decluttered space already looks cleaner, and allows you to dust, vacuum and sanitize surfaces easily.
Think ahead of the cleanup, have some garbage bags and paper towels handy so you can clean right after New Year’s Eve has ended.
Next, it’s time for some cleaning! Our suggestion: always choose all-purpose cleaners to speed up your cleaning process. Apply the product on a microfiber cloth first and test in a small area.
After it’s dried, check if you notice any stains or water spots. If everything looks good to go, you can apply it on the entire surface.
Leave the floors for last and if you have carpet floors or rugs, apply some deodorizer spray. This will absorb all the sweat, lint and bacteria and neutralize odors.
Bonus tip: if you’re expecting guests, ensure the bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, fresh hand towels, and other toiletries.
If you really want to impress them, add a little something special. A nice candle or a small plant are small touches that make people feel at home.
